FLUFZ reserves the right to correct inaccuracies or update information without prior notice. If a product offered by FLUFZ is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product.

Product Availability: Product availability may change without notice. FLUFZ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at our discretion.


5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

Order Acceptance: FLUFZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

Pricing and Currency: Online prices, offers, and selection may vary and are subject to change.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third party providers. By submitting payment information, you agree to the provider’s terms and assume responsibility for any transaction issues.


6. Shipping Policy

Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination and shipping method. The frequently asked questions (FAQs) for each product outlines shipping information for that particular product. FLUFZ is not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak times (e.g., holidays or major sales), processing may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.

Delivery times are estimated based on shipping carriers and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, postal delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Currently, FLUFZ ships to United States, Canada and select international destinations. Please check the availability for your location at checkout Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and order size. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping may be available on different products depending on destination and product price.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to FLUFZ due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Refund Policy

At FLUFZ, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below for guidance on how to proceed.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days or 60 days of the purchase date or 60 days depending on the product description.
Certain items, such as jewelry, gift cards, personalized or customized and final-sale products, are not eligible for refunds.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return. Items returned without an RA number may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process once approved.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request a photo of the item to assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, FLUFZ, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FLUFZ OR THIS AGREEMENT (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU'VE PAID FLUFZ IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM BETWEEN US MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN TWO (2) YEARS OR IT IS OTHERWISE WAIVED AND TIME-BARRED.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLUFZ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms of Use.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saskatchewan.


15. Modifications to Terms of Use

FLUFZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
